In fact, I think if I ate chocolate covered berries and bananas at that time every month, I'd probably look forward to it!
[back to top] To the reader: Also, don't buy 6 candy bars. Buy one serving while you are out for coffee with a friend, enjoy it immensely, and don't bring any home under any circumstances. Works for me, someone who would eat a pound of chocolate in an afternoon if it shared my residence.
[back to top] I have the same chocolate cravings before my period and have not found that exercise or anything else works. The best part for me is that once my period ends, my appetite decrease significantly and I lose the weight gained. Of course it's a pain because I go through this weight gain scenario EVERY MONTH!
