I'm sorry you are upset with your voice, and you (maybe) are teased about it. Know that your friends, and lovers, that truly care about you will like you for who you are, including your voice. That sounds pretty standard I know. My boyfriend's voice goes up several notches when he is... excited. And while I tease him mercilessly I wouldn't have it any other way. Don't change.
