Dear Alice,
Thank you so much for having this website! I always get severe diarrhea when I have my period, and I thought I was the only one. Glad to know I'm not. I feel really nervous during that week, and I'm not sure what brings it on, but I tried the relaxation breathing technique and it worked. Thank you!
