Visit your doctor, or better yet, a gastroenterologist (digestive system specialist) and ask for a blood test for celiac disease, which is an inability to digest gluten, which is the protein in wheat. Because gluten is so ubiquitous in the western diet, it can be difficult to discover that's the problem. Check out www.celiac.com for more info
