(1) Dear Alice, This is a very good concern for young women to have. I have been married for three years and have a lovely daughter. After childbirth I noticed that my vagina felt very bumpy inside. I took a mirror to exam myself. After childbirth the inside of my vagina became bumpy and had flesh colored bumps with different sizes hanging down. My gynecologist said it was a normal part of child bearing years. Any ways my husband doesn't seem to mind. Don't worry about it. Your vagina isn't supposed to be smooth unless you're a baby or an old lady. If it makes you feel better see a practitioner. Amber
