Dear Alice,
"Taking the time to know yourself, develop your personality, and actually like yourself are important to do before seeking a mate". I couldn't agree more. If you do not have confidence in your self then even if you do get into a relationship it will not last. Things will start going wrong and the relationship will fall apart. Never get into a relationship expecting it to boost your confidence and self-esteem; if you lack self-esteem it is more likely that the relationship will have the opposite effect on you. I have recently realized this and am now trying to come to terms with my self and find out what I really want in my life before I get into a new relationship.
