Dear Alice,
Good job, Alice. One more thing to add: exercise regularly. It will increase your body's metabolism, and will help produce natural hormones ? which will make you feel good. If you are too tired, or too busy to do exercise, then begin with simple things, such as power-walking (fast walking) for 40 minutes, 3-days-a-week [if you are too busy, then you can do it on the weekends ;) ]. Lots of people give up the regular exercise, simply because they try too hard at first and get tired of it. So take baby steps. Hope this helps. with love,
