Dear Alice,

Just wanted to say thanks! I was concerned at first when I began using the generic version of Ortho Tri-Cyclen, but Alice's answer calmed my fears. Thanks again!

I am a chemist, and there is a little known variation in molecules called polymorphism. The drug is identical, but the physical shape of the structure of the atoms is different. Chemically it is the same, but it acts differently in the body.
