Alice,
About Anal sex and waste products: Why does Alice skirt around the inferred question about men's penises coming in contact with bowel content when having anal sex? The obvious and more than adequate answer to men who want to avoid this is telling them to engage in anal sex only after their partner has emptied her or his bowels. When people have emptied their bowels, there is virtually no bowel content present in the rectum. Of course, the advice to clean the penis afterwards is perfectly sound. A good reassuring book on anal sex is Tristan Taormino's The Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Women.
