Dear Alice,
I read with interest your response to the person asking about Groin chafes. Something to add: for the longest time, I thought that I must be overweight only because my thighs would rub against each other and chafe to the point of bleeding. I tried for a long time to lose weight and lose more weight to get those thighs apart while running or walking even. It's important to remember that we all have our own body structures, which lead some kinds of skin to rub more or less than others (not just in the groin, but at the armpits, too!). In the end, I realized that I just have big thighs and that spandex biker shorts would keep the flesh in, and do the rubbing for me. Just didn't want any of your readers to get insecure like I did. rub-a-dub-dub
