Dear Alice,
I don't know if I am putting this in the right place, but I read a new question from a girlfriend who was concerned about her boyfriend getting strange pills in the mail. She said that they had 54/543 printed on one side. These pills are percocets. I know this because my husband suffers from chronic back pain and takes this medication daily. They are a controlled substance. I am shocked that he just received this in the mail by surprise. I am concerned because these pills contain a lot of acetaminophen, which should not be mixed with alcohol. I know that finding out what the pills were was not the most important problem, but when I read the question, I knew exactly what they were. I hope this info is useful. I have no way to send it to her myself. Percocet: 5 mg oxycodone and 325 mg acetaminophen.
